He joined First Trust in 2006. Prior to his current role, he’s been in leadership positions with two First Trust affiliatesFT Capital Partners and BondWave LLC. Pat began his financial services career in 1984. He’s held sales & marketing leadership roles with Putnam, PaineWebber, Van Kampen, UBS, and John Hancock. He was also President & co-owner of Advantage Coaching & Training (ACT). He has been coaching & training individuals and teams within financial services throughout his career. He has led the development of several advisor focused programs, including PREP” at Putnam, TEAM” at Van Kampen and TOP PRODUCER FORUMS” at UBS.
